    Unfortunately the spare is in the way but you can see that the "U" shaped frame that is sitting in your picture all the way at the back gets flipped over and brought to the rear of the car. The bumpers bolt to the loops and then the narrow loops on the "U" frame loop around the inner chrome pins on the bumpers.

    Clear as mud?
