It appears that I have found the "mystery parts". They are on the web site for "Mikes A Ford-Able Parts" and are described as "Holds the inside edge of the 30-31 rear bumper to the brackets----about 6" long --2 required.) Due to the custom nature of my installation, and the fact that these things are $18.50 each, I will probably fabricate my own from a peice of steel flat bar and tubing.Old guy hot rodder

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
