Westleys Tire Bleach is warned that it can effect your nervouse system by the state of california.. I use it anyway.. and if used in an unventilated area, it can make you feel akward, I had my face start to go numb once cleaning tires...
I would imagine you would have to do a very thorough analysis of the lights to find at most a trace amount of lead..... Now if you were to handle those lights 18 hours a day every day for the next 10 years it could indeed cause problems....... Everything comes with warnings. The do-gooders want us to be afraid of everything and rely on their knowledge to determine our actions.

Remember when football for kids was determined to be too dangerous and all the rage was to play soccer???? A few years later it was determined that constantly bouncing a soccer ball off your head was causing damage.

Before that, eating an egg was going to cause huge gains in bad cholesterol numbers and you would die of a stroke within days. Then it was determined that eggs are ok after all.

If we were all to avoid all the things that cause illness or injury, we'd all be living in a nice little bubble. No thanks.

As for the Christmas tree lights, take them back to the store, do away with that fire hazard of a Christmas tree, and spend the season remembering the real reason for Christmas!!!!!!!

Oh, that's right... Some are offended by the word Christmas, so no to be totally correct we can only refer to the upcoming season as "the holidays".

I liked life a lot better when the government and all it's agencies LEFT US THE HELL ALONE!!!!!!
