Mike a good weapon for this battle could be to somehow find the percentage of cars on the road more then 15 years old and the miles they are driven vs. cars 14 years and newer and the miles they are driven. Don't know what good it would do with a bunch of politicians who are more concerned with "feel good" legislation vs. a law that would actually do some good!!!!
