yesterday I recieved a notice from dmv stating that due to the new laws I have to certify that my vechile is a antique. I have to state so in front of a notary and mail it back to them with a $50.00 fee. If I fail to do so then I will lose my antique tags and not be able to obtain any more for 5 years. This is out of control.
