Hi I Just found You site.
I've been in to Street rods for about 10 years now ( i'm only 23).
Currently ( slowly ) working away at a 1940 PLymouth Convertible, that should be done when I'm 60 , HA.
My daily driver is a lowered 92 GMC 1500 and I also mess around with a 77 442.
I had to post my pic with my fav car ( graffiti coupe) at the Detroit autorama. The lady at the booth wouldn't even ley me touch the car can you believe it!!
Glad to be here
Chris
welcome to CHR chris, hope you get to drive your 40 ply. before then. yes i can belive she wouldnt let you touch the car and when you finish yours you might feel the same way. ive always liked letting people get close to my stuff, ive had to wipe off a few finger prints every now and then but that was ok to. most people will respecks your stuff but theres always that one that wont. :3dSMILE:Quote:

Can we keep stuff like that off this or what?
I don't mean to be a buzzkill but you gotta remember that KIDS are ALSO involved with HotRoddin and hopefully will be able to enjoy the same hobby that you an I do.
So PLEASE practice and show some common restraint.
Besides people wanna know what you look like not what your boing looks like.
This ain't a Glaucoma suffers site you know.
Partake and enjoy if you do just keep it to EM if you feel that youn need to share;

Back to the topic at hand. My pic is in my gallery. I apologize for the fuzzy pics.
Cheapo digicam. I'm the guy holding the bumpers to that field ornament. ;)

btw, I was just a kid when that pic was taken, only about 17 ;)
This is me with another one of my many hobbies. Oh yeah I'm about 40 lbs lighter now, and the beard is down to my .......
a30coupe, that is a pretty nice amp you have there in the background, I have played a few of those. Do you own that one or is it a friends?
Woah yeah Peavy's are good amps. I've had a Marshall for a while and it's always had something wrong with it! They are not very fun to take apart and put back together
Thanks for comments on the music gear. Those twin 4X12 Peavy speaker cabinets I have had since 1985, I got them when I was in Tucson, AZ stationed in the USAF. The Peavy Butcher amp was given to me about 6 years ago from a guy I was playing in a band with at the time. All it needed was 2 new tubes and a little cleaning. I really love the sound of tube amps, they have such awesome sustain. With my Gibson SG, and my DOD Tech4 pedal hooked up it sounds unfreakinbeliveable. Talk about shaking the house down, thank god I don't have any close neighbors.
Haha I hear you on that one. Another good amp is an Orange amp or a Mesa Boogie full stack man.... holy crap!!! Those two are the loudest and most nicest sounding amps I have EVER played. Too bad they kick you out of guitar center if you play for like 5 hours there. hah
I guess it's time I post a pic of me huh?
Aww now I liked the bong one alot better
ok here is one of me not a good one but best i can do for now:HMMM: :D :D
