The one I have in my 04 will light the tires and has given me zero problems over the years. Just my $.02 opinion.

I'm not sure, but it's easy to work on. To me the major drawback is the restrictive exhaust. It averages between 19- 20 mpg on the highway and 14-15 in town if I keep my foot out of it which isn't bad considering it's about aerodynamic as a barn door.
