Start with the roof. Then the floor. Then rockers, which fell off onto the ground. Replacement windows to keep the rain off the new floor. Can I get glass cut for that, or do I have to track down original?.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
