Today I took some time and worked on the car. I ordered another bushing for my z bar because it came missing one. Now that it arrived I wanted to get my z bar mount finished so the car would have an operational clutch. I was really nervous about my exhaust being in the way. I had a bracket a friend traded me but that one wouldn't even bolt on my bell housing like it was supposed to. I used it to make the new one.
Well, luckily the z bar fits. There's probably a quarter of inch between the z bar and the exhaust manifold. The clutch rod is nice and straight now and is way better than before. Now I just have to make a bracket to hook the clutch return spring to and this portion should be done other than maybe adjusting it. The last pic is just showing accessories going back on. Not huge progress just more money getting thrown in it.
