Thanks guys. They say little by little and you'll get there but every time I look at my list of stuff to do I see next summer in the back of my mind.

I guess that's what happens when you do multiple projects at the same time, then there's the kids.. oh and the family in general.. and the honey-do list... then there's the Xmas gifts deal.. then there's the house maintenance thing too!
