    Thanks. Somebody painted it like that. From all the research I've done, IH never did it. Who ever did it did a pretty decent job. It looks pretty cool to me. If he'd come down on it I might buy it just to use to make a half scale tractor for the kids.

    Well, the hood stripe isn't stock.
    Did he want 400 for all of it or just that 1?

    I got the dry wall in the bath room up, taped, mudded and sanded. Now I have to put the laminate flooring down, then put the trim on the wall. I was hoping I'd get out of driving truck tomorrow but so far I still have to.

    I did get some late night/early morning work in though. I picked up an emblem I found on my searches for the grill. I decided to mount the emblem flush. Once that was done I decided I would repaint the faces of the grill halves just because. Now I need to polish the inner grill surround.

    I had Camaro parts stacked on top of my laminate flooring in the garage. So in order to get to the flooring, I decided to put the parts on the car. I got the floor pans and carpet vacuumed and then set the carpet back in. Next I put the tan front seats in. Cool, now I can get to the flooring. I did get some done on Ivvy's room in between sanding mud. Hopefully I can get those house projects done so I can get back to real work. Haha

    I still don't think you're old enough to own that old Camaro, you really need to bring it up here to me and trade for my Impala!!!

    It's been hard to make progress on the old girl lately. I'm on my 2nd week of 12's, the washer and drier crapped out, and it's been raining every other day. I decided to start a diet. Since I'm at work and they make me take 30 minute breaks, I work on camaro parts on my lunch break. It sure makes a fat kid hungry but I am making some progress at least. I've wire wheeled a lot of bolts and primered and painted them, as well as my new battery tray. I have some pieces left for the front end yet to do.

    I finally got the carpet and front seats put back in. Now I am working on completing the interior color change. My sail panels were all but gone. I found some in a car in a junk yard but the ends needed some repair. I repaired them, prepped them and sprayed them with interior paint/dye. My rear panels needed some work so I'm repairing them too. These 4 panels are bringing $350-$600 for nice used oem pieces. These are going to have to work for now. I'm going to try and repair the door panels and use them for now too. Eventually I'll get all new interior for it. For now it'll be nicer than it was and be able to be driven for a while.

    That Arizona sun roached the interior pretty bad. They has to be a line between melted and rusty somewhere in this country

    And that's what it takes to get a car done right?!?!? The house / kids / family come first, but good on ya' for trying to take care of yourself, diets are always brutal.. mine is only a mesely pound a month, it still gets hard to reach tho.

    It's good that you can make progress of any sort some times. My sister posted of FB that it's only 90 days 'til Christmas! I'm thinking (sigh) already?!?!?

    Diets do work; but you've got to be patient and consistent.
    Basically: put less in your face.
    Over about a thirty month period I went from 120 kgs (265 lbs) to 80 kgs (176 lbs.)
    I did it by dishing up my own meals, using a smaller plate, and not going back for seconds.
    My eyes and brain told me I had a plateful and my subconscious accepted that.
    And in just over two years I lost a third of my body weight.

    (Sorry for the hijack! I'll butt out now...)
