Got some shots of the finishing today. Only, we decided to go ahead and install the HVAC completely since the HVAC under dash unit was in already. Most of what has been done is rework blemishes and rebuff the color sanded areas. Also Kory put some effort into cleaning up the grill since we are aligning it as well.

Like a typical Hot Rod.. she ain't never done! LOL...
Hope you get it back "FINALLY">
Lol, ain't that the truth
Street rods may be completed but they are seldom finished.
Amen on that
Been through this latest stage of the build and I am pretty pleased with the way it has turned out. I am not sure if I had made it clear that I drove the car for nearly a year as a roadster. I lost a lifter and flattened a cam lobe during that year and had to pull the motor and rebuild it. Stumbled across some pictures of the rebuild recently and I thought they were pretty cool so I thought I'd share with you guys cause I know you been there too.

Bet you're glad that time has passed!
On to making better memories.
Actually enjoyed the work, totally agree though. We are going down the stretch here. Decided late in the game to put heater/ac on the car. Instead of doing the smart thing I am piecing together parts from other projects. 121 Rod & Restoration is doing the fab work necessary.

Looking great. AC on at least one of my old rides is a must for me before next summer.
.
I had initially decided against it but riding the roadster for a year I realized the sun can do as much damage as rain and snow, and sleet :)
So we finished the mounting mock up and fitted the hard lines to the HVAC
Here is the ugly side of the HVAC install, we aren't done with it yet though

Looks like you're getting real close on it!
Just enjoying tinkering with it right now
