Don't give up yet Joe, there's someone out there that can help you out. I hope either Howard or someone like him who knows the person they recommend and can vouch for their abilities. There are a lot of wannabes who claim they can do it and then you end up with a stalled project again or worse, crappy outcome. Hang tough and find the right person, it will be less painful in the end.
