Glad to hear that the cortisone shots seem to be helping! From what I know of them the most important part is to reduce/eliminate the stress to the area for a time of healing, so it's more EastEnder's and Coronation Street for you! By the time you're all better you'll be sneaking in from the shop to catch the latest episode.

Sue watches eastenders regularly Roger, it just annoys me, it's nothing like the real east end !!! I think I will have to have my brain removed to watch daytime TV
