As we used to say "There's something rotten in Denmark" with this saga. Somebody in this saga definitely knew what the truck is worth and was out to cheat the owner. As I stated earlier "the insurance adjuster needs an attitude adjustment". I would for sure find a new insurance company and let then know about the chump they have for an adjuster. And I agree that the topper is junk but it is providing cover and protection for what's in the bed.
