Not much , these 7 day work weeks are kicking my butt . I did get some 180 by hand started and think I will move to the angled die grinder for the rest . My plans are still in focus of getting this done . Getting the fender and quarter extensions back on with everything cut in , this is the tedious stuff .
This will be coated in 3M undercoating then sprayed for color . Should out last what the factory did ?

Sneaking in tonight's tinkering work right here . 180 roloc on die grinder made work so much easier . Tomorrow the other fender .

Had the day off was going to spend some great time there in the garage . My graphics shop called saying the 150 stuff was ready , so it had priority , I have waited a bit to fit weather and time in to play for installation

Nice work on the stang Bobby. I'm going up to motivate my buddy on my Mom's. I'd like it to be running by mother's day. We just ordered new interior for it and have the front end rebuild parts sitting here, so he better get busy! LOLRyan

Ryan glad its working , its motivation on me also so post up some pics . I replaced the front end complete with a kit from Canadian Mustang . It's all urethane bushings and am really surprised they don't squeak .
Well finally got the buckets cleaned out and shot them with undercoating . Have to let it dry then I will re prime and work at cutting in the color . The quarter and fender extensions just need a good sanding and prime , that will be some short work .

Started on the fender extensions today , did as much as possible with the DA . Wish there was a nook and cranny tool to help cut down on the hand sanding . I guess sandblasting would have been better and faster .
I will get these done and the 1/4 extensions , get it all cut in . That will eliminate any excuses to blocking and putting on color .

Funny you should mention it Bobby, I just dragged home a small cabinet sandblaster! Like 30" wide and 20" deep. Not a tabletop model, I think they call'em verticle freestanding. Even came with 5 gallon pail of glass bead! I started to replace the window and ordered some new gloves too. I've wanted one for some time so I saw this on CL for 90 bucks! I couldn't get there fast enough! Oh, it even came with a Dayton vacuum to keep the dust out!

Don't know if you can really blame that one on women, Bobby...
A quick scan of the history of the lawn Lawn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia doesn't specially mention women. More than likely lawns were created by men before they had cars.

Good progress Bobby! I know what you mean about the lawn, roses, weds, weeds, weeds, weeds and more weeds!
Been ordering up parts and tools lately to get ready for moving my motor around. Key tools and parts are a air hammer chisel and new motor mount crossmember, after old old meets air chisel!
Nice score on the cabinet blaster! What kind of air demand does it have CFM?"

Around my place, if it ain't behind a barrier, it's lawn mower food!
Air demand? who knows? no manual for it so I haven't a clue. Wouldn't matter, I just run it and when the compressor starts, I stop to let the compressor keep up. I've got the regulator on it set at 60 psi and it seems to work fine.
