That's great, Bobby. I love when I get a few days home by myself and can work undisturbed.

Well got some good time in the garage yesterday . Parts have been ready so I filled a cup and went to work .

Started to paint and cut in the ares that will be covered by the Fender extensions and the Quarter extensions .

Long over do so color should be soon after a good outside cleaning and weather cools down with no humidity .

Cut the backs in of the pieces that were not painted at factory .

I have to agree! Very good choice for that car.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

Looking good, and awesome paint work! I hear you on the cleaning and humidity. I try to make sure conditions are as good as they can be and everything is as clean as I can get it before I sparay. The stuff costs too dang much to have to buy it again. Ryan

Thanks guys the color is actually the factory mix Alcapulco Blue Iridescent , I had the color change to BC/CC to do the complete car in . I shot the floors and all the cut in in Centari .

I have to get it out to wash and color the body now . The 12 hour work days slow me up but the days I get off 5 in a row every other week help me do some .

I also did this with a HF 43430 Purple HVLP . I love the way it shots and applies material . My Binks and Sharp and Devilbis are hanging up . I bought 2 for $19.95 each on line a year or so back , one for color one for clear . Will see the final with these 2 soon and rate them for the home guy DIY .

Oh yeah and some serious garage cleaning . Blowing it out for a few weeks , washing the floor really good . Then the day of setting up my home made down draft booth . Oh and the good trick of hanging garbage bags they are full of static electricity and dust sticks to them like a magnet .
