    cheers its two pecies of plywood glued together to the shape I wanted then I used a 10mm 1/3 (or there abouts) foam over the top then marine vinyl the whole top then gets bolted down from the inside with T nuts through the wood this also seals the top

    Been a while since I posted,, Been very busy with other builds... Wanted to roll it outside to step back and see how she looked from outside.. I had a mock up front end and some old wheels.. So I rolled her out for the first time.. Here's some shot's..

    That first shot is great; you can see how uniform everything is from side to side. Great precision and an awesome looking build, man.
