Well no Jubilee street party for me as I was cracking on with making a mount for my twin remote oil filters, the filter on the Cadillac was a bit awkward to get too so I decided to go remote.
They will be mounted between the spring hangers just in front of the radiator.
Filters are K&N and a couple of Offenhauser finned filter covers keeps them looking tidy.

What Steve, didn't the Queenies personal invitation arrive in the mail for you to join her on the Royal Barge down the Thames?? Not good enough eh chaps!!!:D. I like the oil filter bracket and heck that will look very cool sitting in front of the engine. Now what happened to the PK screws holding them to the firewall??;)

Oh you know, those old looking slot self tapping screws to hold the oil filters to the firewall as one would of done back in the day before stainless steel was invented. LOL.

While i was waiting for it to dry i mostly played fender piping, tried Black looked aweful, tried Grey but no good as i can't find a perfect match for the primer, ended up trying some chrome mylar, Looks ok but i'm still not sure so it might get changed again, opinions ???
While I was thinking about it I finally got around to finish polishing the weight bar and fitted my Willys licence plate light that finally turned up. Also tried these against the car today, they are original 60's McCulloch Paxton supercharged chrome scripts as new condition, they came in the blower kits when you bought one, I found them on Ebay for little money, Rockit put me onto them, thanks Shaun.
Just can't make up my mind where to put them ???

How about one at a 30 degree angle on the rear trunk off to the right of the willys one?
Or on the front hood above the two willys ones, but above the chrome trim
Close, but no cigar...............under the logo on each side of the hood........
As for the fender welting to my eye the chrome works best with the light grey.........that, or paint to match.
