Funny you should nention carbs Don, only this afternoon i looked at my 850 Holley and thought what colour should i do it ???

Wow, I would never even think to paint the carb! All that tear down and rebuilding! I hate working on carberators! I had a yamaha triple that looked like something the Star Trek Borg would make! I was rebuilding it when an architect who was designing an addition to our house, got side tracted and asked if he could take some photos of it. He also painted on the side, his art looks like a bunch of pipes and tubes, very mechanical.
