If my (feeble) memory is correct, it takes a bit of grinding on the intake as the butterflies are a tad bigger then the holes in the intake. Might want to add a 1" aluminum spacer, then match the ports on the intake to it, too. The short spacer really helps the performance on the 289's and 302's....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
