Those are interesting rods. I can't find a C5FE-B rod number but those sort of look like the old C9ZE-G Boss 302 trans am rods. They were pretty beefy looking like those except those rod caps look a little different. I don't know the smallblock parts very well at all so I could be completely off base. But to me they look a little more than a std rod. Maybe some sort of hipo rod? Do you have a clear closeup of the casting number? I'll try to find out more in the meantime......unless someone can chime in.
