These are the re-engineered late 65 early 66 289 HiPo rods Ford used to supply their race teams with. Not as rare as you might think, but not as common as the standard C3AE variety. Subtle differences that you can only see with a micrometer(sp), but differences that allowed the motor to sustain higher RPM's for a longer period of time under racing conditions.
