good motor.... i just put a new one in my f-150 back in june.....if your motor is pre-04 then be warned that they have a problem with the heads not having enough spark plug thread and are known to spit spark plugs out.... after 3 i decided to buy a crate motor from ford with the updated heads.... paid $5000 for the crate motor with all new everything but the coils, life time warranty...... not a difficult engine to work with really..... the only thing i dont like is the locating of the fuel rails to the coil packs/spark plugs, they can be bit of annoying
