about what i am building, Heads 1966 screw in studs and guide plates ported and and polished with 1.94 , 1.60 stainless sbc valves and aluminun rocker rockers.
to my displeasure i had to bore block 30 over and i am installing trw flat top forged pistons with compression height of 1.605.
i have a set of c3ae-d rods and arp rod bolts. rods have been resized straighten mag. shot peened and polished. crankshaft is a 1M with the rockwell test mark. i bought a new weiand stealth
dual plane high rise. mallory ing. comp cam dual pattern hyd .477 lift 219dur @.050 intake 510 lift 230dur @ .050. hv oil pump, harden pump shaft, harden push rods. i am hoping this will be a good setup for my 1963 4dr fairlane 3 on the tree. i can't install headers because of 3 on the tree so am porting out stck exh. manifolds.
