Fellow offered to sell me a '95 cobra short block with new pistons, crank, & rods. story is the car had a turbo on it & it burned holes in two pistons which is why it was pulled & rebuilt.

does it make sense that the block would be ok after something like that? guy says the block was ok, just honed. he wants $450 for it.

does this sound right?
