    Angry no oil pressure

I have a 302 stroker motor but it has no oil pressure. I have tried priming the motor but pressure gauge reads zero. I installed a remote oil filter and when the oil lines are removed oil will come out. Took off the valve covers and there is no oil at the pushrods.
I checked the switch for the gauge with air pressure and it reads the pressure being put to it, so I figure it's working. I had this motor built by a guy in Cal. and I'm not really sure about whats inside (I can build street rods but not into the engine deal, figure that one out) any info on this problem would be helpful.

anyone know the locations of all the oil galley plugs????
