Let's say I want a 302 with aluminum heads (lower weight required for my application), carburated, short nose water pump, and all the accessories (distrib, alt, ignition, etc.) plus a T5 tranny.

I'm looking for the motor to be around 350hp +/-. It'll be a daily driver.

How much would I need to be prepared to $pend to build or buy a motor (+trans) like that?
