I looked on www.carnut.com and checked engine specs for 1958 Fords and there were 2 listings, 1 for a 6 cylender and 1 for the 332, that's probably why I'm off.Originally posted by Oldf100fordman
Your are just a little off, it could be a 292, 332 or 352. Check out your Ford engines. the 352 came out half way through the 58 model year and most of the late FE's were the 352. The 59's used all three V8's also. Most FE's were 352 instead of 332. People figured if they were going for the bigger V8 why not go for the biggest.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
