I just reallized that the number in the Ford Performance book is a part number and not , repeat not, a casting number. So, if your intake does have the casting number C7AE it would have to have come from a 67 or 68 Galaxie (using Vikings system from one of your earlier threads). This would mean it is a 428 PI intake as that is the only motor in the full sized Ford with an Alum Intake for those years. Hope this helps.Last edited by Oldf100fordman; 04-20-2004 at 01:09 PM.
