    no not all your missing some things it has to do with how much Torque the engine make s @ low rpm and weight and gear size . tire size .. cam .. cr.. engines size ... cfm,,,,intake ..... if it can idle in gear with out pulling or stalling with foot on the brake all play s on to it so BLaa Blaa back at you
