I know this question has been beat to death, yet none of the posts addressed my same application. I will post the details below and let ya'll tell me what you think

-Car will not be a racer. Just a nice daily driver.
-750 CFM Vacuum Secondary Holley carb
-Ported Edelbrock Streetmaster intake
-Ported and Polished C8AE-H Heads w/new springs, hardened valve seats and new valves
-Comp 270H Camshaft with new lifters
-Double Roller Timing Chain
-HEI Distributer
-Electric Fan
-C6 Transmission w/ E40D Gears, extra clutches, custom valve body and shit kit
-Ford 9'' Rear End w/ 3.10 Gear Ratio

I was told just to keep it with a stock converter like a Dacco or Pro King from Auto Zone or Oreilly, but what do ya'll think?
