    Here's some more questions for ya: What kind of '74 Ford? Is the engine original to the vehicle?

    Heads This site says the heads are from a 360 or 390 FE with hardened valve seats. That would also mean it must be an FE engine. You'll have to measure the stroke to determine which it is.

    Also the "D2" suggests '72 for the year of the heads but I don't know if they still used the same number for other years.
