Is that a Holley made for ford? sounds like it. If it is, yes it can be tuned for your set up. A lot of Ford junkies here to jump in the mix and help guide you. When they do, Please be willing to supply some more specifics. You will be much happier.

the carb is off of a 65 LTD "X" code, 352 automatic car.

the engine cost the original builder 20K plus. I got it in a trade. It puts out some HP, I have not dyno'ed it yet, but I will as soon as I get it totally road ready. I have a 750 dbl pumper on it now that has been reworked somehow. That process cost the original owner as much as the carb cost new. I think it may be overkill.

The car has 3.50 gears in it, as it was a 289 car when I got it. would higher or lower gears get me better fuel mileage?

The FMX may have to be rebuilt, it takes a while to go into gear.

PS, where can I get front strut rod bushings etc for this 662doorgalaxie?
