I dont think the tank will work for yours Steve. It looks like the tank for your truck is behind the seat? Mine fits inbetween the frame rails under the floor running from under the seat, all the way to the rear end. My fill hole is on the driver side. Yours looks like it is on the pass side. Sorry to get your hopes up.....you could modify it to fit. I will get you some pictures this weekend.
