Yeah, it would be me.... Bought an almost complete, but disassembled 429.
D1VE-A2B block bored .060
4U crank main and rod journals turned .030
D0OE-A rods
.....and here is the good part..hehe
1 C9VE-A head and
1 C8VE-E head....
my dumb butt should have checked both heads before i walked out


All the info I have read said these 2 heads are identical

Did I mess up as bad as I feel I did or am I still in good shape

still got a good deal as far as price is concerned as all the machine work was already done and i got a C6 tranny with torque converter...
