this is a rebuild with the same fuel and ignition set ups. The cam is quite different as far as duration is concerned. Fuel injectors are pushing fuel (I can see them right at the air cleaner)
I swapped back to the factory chip and got some backfire through the intake so at least I am getting somewhere.
