Electric choke needs to be hooked up to a 12V source thats hot only when the ignition is in the on (run) position. My not being familiar with your wiring setup, you may have to hunt around for a wire to tap into. On my car I ran a wire straight to the fuse block where there was already a terminal for 12V when ignition is on. Ive heard others say that you can also use one of the wiper motor wires on some cars.
