    almost there

     



    My 454 in my Nova is running really strong but once in a while I get a pop out of the carb . torker 2 cam intake and holley 750 vac , any ideas ?

    Really hard to say with the info you gave. It could be lots of things. Tell us when exactly does it do it? Only on acceleration, or while cruising? When you get on it hard? If it's a bit lean, it will do that sometimes. Is the jetting on your carb from the box, or did you change it? I could also be electrical I suppose. Give us a little more info.

    I took up the excess clearance in the accelerator pump and the thing is a rocket -ship, no popping at all anymore 2500-6500 awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
