Question Any EFI masters out there?

I have a Street & Permformance Tunnel Ram EFI unit on an LT1 383 Chevrolet. The chip which S&P originally burned (as well as the following 5 adjustments) have resulted in a very rich operation.

After trying several times to get this resolved, I have taken matters into my own hands. I just bought a "AutoProm" from Craig Moates http://www.moates.net
and he has been very helpful explaining how to set up the real-time monitoring and chip burning.

The reason I am seeking some expert advice, is I now need to know what to look for. Again, I now have access to the data, but am too new at this to know if the information I am seeing is good...bad...or indifferent.

If you know where I can get started, I would appreciate any help you can offer. I simply dont want to lean this out too much and melt the engine.

    Thanks in advance,

    Troy
