The expert I went to for my LS1 is John Spear at Speartech(http://www.speartech.com/). He is one of the most helpful people I have ever worked with and his knowledge has been spot on every time. His Web site says he does LT1 stuff too. Might be worth a phone call or email.
PatOf course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!
