I started up my car last week for the first time after sitting all Winter. The tank only had about 8 gals. in it. I had Stabil in it. When I fired it up this yeat it started, but it has a miss. It also from time to time pops back up threw the carb. I checked the plug wires and they seem fine. Could it be condinsation from sitting pver the Winter??, and would a can of Heet take care of it?? Thanks..
