Welcome,There are many books out there.
I would try a Chilton manual,or a Michell manual or if you can try some of these half price books stores for a GM manual.
There are a few of us one here that build engines for a living or a some that are retired.
There is a lot of info. on this forum.
I for one will do my best to answer any and all questions.
Just remember the only dumb question is the one question that does not get asked.
If you don't have a digital camera now is a good time to buy one.
