    Its all of it, the pulley and the balancer, thats why i tried to crank down on the bolts, i figured that maybe the balancer bolt got loose running for so long, so i tried to tighten it ,but it was still tight, then i thought maybe it bent the crank stub a little.

    Gotta ask...what has happened recently that would bend the crank snout? It is something that you don't typically bend with a 9/16" wrench or by overtightening the pulleys.....
