    that popping is caused by too low of back pressure in the exhaust system, which means you're loosing power from your car, and sacraficing gas mileage as well, lack of scavenging, far a good throaty sounds, use a spiral core and just have a factory fit flowmaster muffler welded in, a good exhaust shop will charge about $60 to weld in the muffler, and the flowmaster will cost you about $120.... that'll get you those few HP you're looking for, keep stock appearance and sound well and not cost you an arm and a leg

    also my buddy totaled his 350z on friday night, he might be willing to sell his cams he had just put in it for cheap, and he has a few other parts interchangeable with the g35.... if you want i'll talk to him and see what he wants if he wants to get rid of the HiPo stuff before the insurance company takes his car off to the salvage yard
