I put a 302 in a 68 falcon, it was easy as pie. All I did was to get a 68 galaxie with a 302, and had everything I needed for the swap! I also put in an automatic overdrive transmission. That was no extra trouble really, just got everything from the 'donor car' which i needed for the swap..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
