we really need to know what you want the engine for, street, street/ strip, or drag. a larger cam will move the powerband up the rpm's, and torque also, if you have a 9.5:1 comp ratio now, and you want to supercharge, supercharging can use no more than 8.5:1 with maximum boost preassure set, lowering your compression would mean getting a set of bigger heads, to get the comp ratio down, like 64cc'sOriginally posted by Slytin
I will take a look at the holley avenger. Thanks for the recommendation. My buddy that is going to be helping me do the car swears by Demon.
So what do you guys think of the build? Is there anything I could do to pull more torque. Could I go with a larger cam?
I'm thinking of maybe supercharging it later on.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
