we really need to know what you want the engine for, street, street/ strip, or drag. a larger cam will move the powerband up the rpm's, and torque also, if you have a 9.5:1 comp ratio now, and you want to supercharge, supercharging can use no more than 8.5:1 with maximum boost preassure set, lowering your compression would mean getting a set of bigger heads, to get the comp ratio down, like 64cc's
