Thread: How does this build sound? 305.

I've used Demons before and I've watched my boss (about 20 years of drag racing experience) using Demons on his drag/street cars for a long time. He's used them on everything from 548 cui all the way down to the 305 cui that's in his daughter's chevelle. We use a Demon on the dirt circle track car that my work sponsors. Never had a problem with a Demon so far.

It's all preference. I don't personally like the edelbrock carburators at all. Then there are people that won't use anything but that. The same with quadrajet carbs. I think they are one of the sorriest carbs ever made, but there are people that swear they are one of the best made. It's all personal opinion. Find a brand you like and use the brand, don't let other people tell you to use one thing just because they like it. Research the carburators, compare them, and then make a decision on what you want.
