Yeah, the 267 is 4.4 L and there all rated at 115 HP, also are you shure it's a 267? they were produced from 1979 to 1981, your '82 would only have it if it was put in after or happened to be a leftover that a dealer put in b/c the customer wanted the smaller engine.. It could be a 305 but that's junk too. However, the oil pan could be reused if you bought a short block SBC, the 2bbl intake too. If it is a stock 4bbl, it's a shure sign it is a 305 because 267's were all 2bbl. If you rip all the smog off the engine it ain't gonna do much, you might get 130 hp, maby.
