Ok guys here is the Email I got back from Edelbrock concerning what they think I should put on this engine. I told them my tranny and engine set up, the truck, etc. Here is what they told me to do...
Use Performer intake PN # 2121 and a 500 cfm carb PN # 1403.
500 cfm though... Seems a bit small don't you think? I thought a 600 but oh well. I told them that it's going to be street and some strip use (even though the truck may barely EVER see the strip) but I didn't wan't them to tell me to get some little intake and carb setup for sissys haha. 400 HP out of a 302 would be nice though geeze.
What do you think on the email he sent me? Sound good or what? I would go with the stealth intake but I need to read more on it. I think the Edelbrock stuff sounds good in a way too. I will see.
